Lt. Osier is a Gloucester native and Gloucester High School graduate. He joined the Gloucester Fire Department as a Firefighter/Paramedic in 2017, after working for two years as a paramedic in private EMS. He holds an Associate鈥檚 Degree in Fire Protection and Safety Technology from 嫩草影院.
